Terms of Use & EULA

1. License Grant

Kiltala Productions ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vireko ("the App") on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, or to distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

2. Content Disclaimer

Vireko is a media player application. It does not include, provide, host, distribute, or sell any television channels, movies, series, or other media content.

All content is supplied exclusively by the IPTV service, M3U playlist, or Xtream Codes account that you, the user, choose to connect. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the App.

Kiltala Productions accepts no responsibility for any content accessed through third-party sources connected to the App.

3. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Vireko offers the following premium options through Apple's in-app purchase system:

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

• On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Or visit: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Free Trial

The Annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial is available only to users who have not previously subscribed to Vireko Premium Annual. At the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically charged the annual subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of Vireko includes the following limitations:

• Maximum of 1 IPTV playlist or provider
• Maximum of 5 favorite channels
• Watch Later feature is not available
• Movie and series favorites are not available

All limitations are removed with an active Premium subscription or Lifetime purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Access, stream, or distribute content you do not have the legal right to use
• Circumvent any technological protection measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Kiltala Productions and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content accessed through the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiltala Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to access content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

12. Apple's Role

This EULA is between you and Kiltala Productions only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple Terms will govern with respect to usage rules.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App. Any claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection) are the responsibility of Kiltala Productions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
